In between acts and during the festival, attendees can peruse the vendor stands flanking the curbs and admire live art by en plein air artists Karl Eric Leitzel, Patricia Neely and Brienne M. ![]() Arts, crafts, food and other vendors will set up along the first block of Main Street, and en plein air artists will be out and about, capturing the scene with their paintbrushes.īands performing at the Elks include: Just Jazz, a quartet from the Uptown Music Collective Zeropoint Big Band, a 16-member ensemble Marko Markcinko Latin Jazz Quartet and Last Resort, a strolling Dixie band comprised of Clinton County locals.įolks are encouraged to bring folding chairs for the portion of the concert being held on Main Street. Doyle Corman Ampitheatre from 5-7:30 p.m., before settling in at select establishments from 7:30-10 p.m. The first set of bands will perform from the Elks Lodge patio from 1-5 p.m., then the fun will move to the J.
